manners is what i expect in a client if any are rude towards me then i make sure they know im not happy the way they are treating or speaking to me if they continue in ther behavour i will make a fine of the amout of my time they have wasted

i will ask for the full £160 upfront first if they wish to stop half way i will give only £50 back
